CHIJ ST. Joseph's Convent Aesthetic Night at NUS UCC , (:
I shan't elaborate the backstage happenings too much because nobody's gonna read then .

Firstly , I don't get how I'm always sick / injured during a performance but it just happens ; probably the stress . So I was having this lung infection and using 1 packet of tissue per 30 minutes and wheezing in the cold air-conditioned dressing rooms . Changed into costume , had our hair done , applied foundation and base ourselves , a procedure so familiar over the years . Then went to have early dinner , PS/- I was thinking of skipping dinner because I felt I simply couldn't stomach any food but I did anyway . Backstage for final practices and touchup . Since Modern Dance was the last performance piece we had a great deal of time backstage getting antsy by the minutes hearing the runners informing the other groups to get ready . So finally it was our turn to head to the wings and believe it or not , it was this time that I started wheezing non-stop -.- got on stage , curtain closed and I was trying so hard to let the exhilaration get to me , but it didn't  :( Come to think of it , I've had negativity pumped into the dance so I just couldn't fight to make myself experience the adrenaline that everything was overwhelmed with . Curtain open , blinded by the flashlights and danced . At one point , I really thought to myself that my leg is gonna give way beneath me but I survived anyway . Finale song - Hold On To Our Dreams ; expected to play at any IJ Schools after a performance . Ran around UCC with Lynette aimlessly before heading back to dressing room again to collect our bags . Journey back to SJC and then cab ride home with Rachel .

/- I can't make a resounding decision about the overseas trip . Hong Kong trip with English Department or Taiwan trip with Dance Ensemble ? T.T
